The Project Zeta is a mobile weapon development project from the Universal Century timeline of the Gundam franchise. It was manufactured by Anaheim Electronics. Within the franchise it is considered canon.
Project Zeta (aka Z Plan) was the name of a joint mobile suit (MS) development program ran by Anaheim Electronics and AEUG. Details of the project are purposefully kept secret by Anaheim in the interest of Earth Federation Forces not learning they are supplying both sides of the Gryps Conflict, with its main goal being either said to be the development of next generation mobile suits, or to develop mainstay mobile suits for AEUG.
Within the story, the Project Zeta first appears in 0085 U.C. and was last seen in 0100 U.C.
